School Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Program
This activity is designed to improve the health and learning environment for students in primary and secondary schools across rural and peri-urban areas of Lucknow and surrounding districts in Uttar Pradesh. In many schools, inadequate access to safe drinking water, functional sanitation facilities, and basic hygiene education contributes to high rates of absenteeism due to preventable illnesses and a generally unhygienic learning environment.
